BBC Music Awards

A complete graphics package including Tiles, Nomination Packages, Award VTs and Screen Content was created for the BBC Music Awards 2016. The concept took the BBCs Awards branding and expanded it into an infinite 3D environment. A vast central cube acts as the graphics hub. Expanding rods extrude from the surface to create various nomination packages, individual cubes rotate to allow for VT windows, or the cube itself spins on a central axis releasing particles as performers names are engraved on the surface. The design was key to making this years awards feel classy, sophisticated and primetime, but also remaining fun and appealing to a wide audience range.
