British Army

Client: British Army, Northern and Shell

Hello Charlie were once again asked by Northern and Shell to work with the British Army on their latest Apprenticeship Scheme. Tasked with raising awareness of the array of apprenticeships on offer at the British Army, and also highlighting the wealth of opportunities available to those signing up for an apprenticeship. Hello Charlie were lead creative across the project presenting a number of concepts to the British Army. ‘Skills Focused’ was the chosen concept, which presents a series of intimate macro shoots, focusing on the skill set of each individual. The emphasis was on the diverse skills learnt and the fact that the person was a soldier became secondary to the narrative and only revealed towards the end of the film. Hello Charlie were responsible for the entire production, from the creative sign off, to organising and directing the shoots, to the final post production and finishing for a total of 8 films, which are in production throughout May and June. The films will be released to the public domain bi-monthly in tandem with the Daily Stars print campaign through Northern and Shell.
