The FA: England Team Rebrand

As part of The FA’s 150th anniversary celebrations, Hello Charlie were commissioned to provide a complete facelift for the England team’s home game graphics. The rebrand focused on the in-game content for the screens, including team lineups, time and score, goal flashes, bookings and red cards, substitutions, and added time. In addition to this, we created the all important ‘goal shout’ animation to be played each time a goal is scored. Other playful animations include a stadium-wide table football animation as part of the pre game build up. We were also commissioned to create a packaged compilation of famous archive moments from the national side’s history. The ‘Passion VT’ is played out prior to player entry to help build the excitement within the stadium.
